Lehmann Scrapers are designed for use in earthmoving, land forming and land levelling by farmers, contractors, the civil construction industry and government authorities.
The Lehmann Scrapers most advanced feature is the patented drawbar. The drawbar allows for enormous flexibility in all areas of operation.
The high speed elevator enable the scrapers to fill at speeds of 1 kilometre an hour up to 15 kilometres an hour depending on conditions. By changing gear speeds and altering elevator speeds, operators can load the scrapers in all types of conditions and materials. The elevator loads the scraper with ease and does not require brute horsepower and tonnage from the tractor to get a full load. By having this, The Lehmann Scraper Extends tractor transmission, differential and tyre life far beyond any other convention bucket by simply having the elevator taking the dirt away from the cutting edge.
The Lehmann scraper features the hydraulic tilt steer axle. This feature enables the operator to lay the bowl 7 degrees either side of centre, while at the same time moving the axle to the left or right.
This allows for the construction of all kinds of shapes and batters, to form roads, cut V channels with flat or V bottoms and to make vertical cuts and shapes, such as in the construction of Golf course.
Under guidance, Lehmann scrapers are accurate to less then 50mm. All machines are GPS and laser level compatible.
As the scraper has a retractable floor and cutting edge, this guarantees complete ejection of material from the scraper bowl, greatly assisting accurate spreading and levelling. All machines have teeth with optional flat clean up blade/final trim.
All replacement parts are readily available for service and maintenance.
